Nanocym now provides ultra-monodisperse, high purity colloidal silica nanoparticle slurries at 4 specific sizes. Unlike off-the-shelf colloidal slurries which either utilize a lower-purity raw material or consist of fumed silica which has direct toxicological consequences, SILOCYM™ is manufactured with ultra-high purity silica coupled with a monodisperse particle distribution at customizable pH. Both of these factors result in an improvement in the precision and yield of the CMP process, thus enabling an overall improvement in the reliability.
