Pricing for our materials is as seen on the website.
Online Orders
We recommend placing orders through our secure e-commerce website in order to ensure the quickest processing times. Payment for online orders can only be made with a credit card.
Purchase Orders (PO)
NanoCym accepts Purchase Orders as a binding contract to purchase and pay for an order. The Purchase Order must be pre-approved by your department and faxed, emailed, or mailed to us with appropriate signatures before we can process your order. We will not begin processing your order until a signed PO is received and PO payment shipment date is provided.

Orders can be placed by email, phone, or fax.

Please be sure to provide the product name, particle size and quantity of each item. Your billing address, shipping address, and payment method should also be included with your order. Credit card information can be faxed or provided over the phone.
Orders will not be shipped until payment information has been received and payment will be charged once the order has shipped.
Payment
NanoCym does not accept checks.
Refunds
All products are sold “as is”. The buyer assumes responsibility for the purchase, and no refunds will be issued. Should an issue arise with your particles or they did not meet your expectations, please contact us and we will work with you to come to a solution.
Custom Material Requests
If you would like a quote for a custom material, please provide specific details regarding the type, volume, and application of the material you are interested in and our engineers will determine if we can provide the product for you. Any additional information you can provide will enable us to better assist you in selecting a suitable material.
Shipping
Shipments within the U.S. and internationally are determined through FedEx. Prices vary for different volumes, locations, and shipping speeds.
If you would like to utilize your company’s shipping account for FedEx or UPS, please contact us once your order has been placed and we will refund the shipping cost charged to your order.
NanoCym guarantees an order processing and shipment time of 2-3 business days for all standard orders. The lead time for orders with custom materials will vary.
International Shipping, Customs, and Duties
You are solely responsible for payment of taxes and duties upon receipt of the product if not included in your initial payment. Please ensure that you have provided the name and phone number of the person in your organization responsible for handling the payment and processing of customs fees so we can include this information on the shipping forms. Please ensure that you have the correct payment and paperwork ready for the shipping carrier on the scheduled delivery dates.
